Some events become a permanent part of a company’s history. For us, one such moment was 17 July 2017 – the day we moved to our new headquarters at 6 Dobry Początek Street in Kraków. Today marks nine years since that event, and we know that it was much more than simply moving to a new location.

It was one of the most important journeys we have taken as an organisation.

A New Headquarters and a New Stage in ABM’s Development

Looking back, we can see more clearly than ever that this was not simply about changing our address. We were creating a place that would become the foundation for ABM’s continued growth in the years ahead. We were filled with emotion, ambitious plans and the belief that we were creating something truly important.

It was something we all wanted very much.

For many months, we worked together to create a space that would enable us to grow the company, deliver increasingly ambitious projects and provide our Clients with an even higher standard of cooperation. At the same time, everyone contributed to the project, and working towards a common goal brought us even closer together as a team.

Today, many of our employees joined ABM when Dobry Początek was already our everyday workplace. Therefore, they did not have the opportunity to experience the emotions surrounding the creation of our new headquarters or see how much effort, commitment and determination went into the project.

That is precisely why it is worth revisiting this story.

Dobry Początek – an Address with a Special Meaning

It is moments like these that shape an organisation’s identity. They show us where we came from, how far we have travelled and why we are where we are today.

The new headquarters was a strategic investment and a symbol of our ambitions. We were looking for a space that would allow us to think more boldly, grow faster and respond even more effectively to the needs of our Clients and Partners.

The name Dobry Początek, meaning “Good Beginning,” was no coincidence. In fact, the street name was created on our initiative and reflects the values that have guided us for years – growth, openness to change and the belief that every new project is the beginning of something new.

From a New Headquarters to a 12,000 m² Complex

Over the following years, we continued to develop this location together. Modern offices, a showroom and spaces supporting everyday collaboration were created. Moreover, in 2023, we took another important step by opening a modern production facility at 5 Dobry Początek Street.

Today, the entire ABM complex covers more than 12,000 m², supporting the delivery of projects for our Clients every day. However, the greatest value of this place lies neither in the buildings nor in its modern infrastructure.

Our greatest value has always been, and continues to be, our people.

9 Years of ABM’s Shared History

It is thanks to our collective effort, mutual trust and commitment that we have been able to make this journey. That is why, nine years later, we want to remember and celebrate it.

Because Dobry Początek means much more to us than simply an address.

It is a symbol of courage, shared effort and a journey that changed ABM’s history forever.
