On 22–23 October 2026, ABM representatives will visit the Franchise Fair 2026 in Warsaw. We will attend as visitors to meet brands expanding their networks and discuss planned openings.
It is a good opportunity to discuss a challenge that comes with franchise growth: how can an established concept be rolled out across new locations while maintaining brand standards and identity?
Every new location should offer a consistent look and functionality. At the same time, its fixtures need to suit the available floor space, layout and technical requirements. As a network grows, consistent manufacturing quality, production capacity and coordinated deliveries become increasingly important.
From Prototype to Multi-Location Rollout
At ABM, we support brands at different stages of network development. We bring together design, prototyping, fixture manufacturing, logistics and installation.
We can help develop the initial concept, refine its components and implement approved solutions across further locations.
A physical prototype allows the structure, materials and functionality of fixtures to be checked before full production begins. It also provides an opportunity to make adjustments that will simplify future rollouts.
ABM’s own production facilities in Kraków include manufacturing capabilities for board-based and metal components, as well as a paint shop. We can also handle the delivery and installation of fixtures at individual locations.
This helps brands maintain consistent fixture standards while adapting them to different spaces.
