What did 2025 bring? Key moments of ABM

In the rapidly evolving world of retail, 2025 became a symbol of transformation for us. We chose bold decisions that allowed us to elevate process efficiency to an entirely new level. Today, looking back at the past twelve months, we clearly see that flexibility and an uncompromising approach to quality proved to be the key to success, resulting in dozens of successful projects delivered for brands operating on both national and international markets.

The foundation of our activities remains stable growth, best evidenced by being awarded the Forbes Diamond for the fifth time. This prestigious distinction in the business world is a tangible confirmation of ABM’s financial and operational credibility. For company owners working with us, it is a clear signal that they are choosing a partner with a well-established market position, capable of safely guiding an investment through every stage – from the first line on a design to the final installation of furniture in the showroom.

The implementation of the Quick Response Manufacturing (QRM) strategy opened up a new operational perspective for us, enabling a radical reduction in lead times and even better alignment with our Clients’ needs. Introducing this concept allowed us to enhance our existing processes with new solutions in time and production management. In practice, this means our Clients can enjoy ready-to-use shopfitting much faster than in the traditional production model, which is crucial in the retail industry when planning new store openings or rapid interior remodels. Thanks to QRM, our production facility responds instantly to design changes, representing a significant competitive advantage for modern entrepreneurs.

We had the pleasure of presenting our vision of the future of retail during the international RetailShow 2025 trade fair. We are delighted that our presentation “The Evolution of Trends in Shopfitting” met with such strong interest and positive reception, and that the time spent at our stand resulted in inspiring conversations, new contacts, and valuable exchanges of experience with retail industry experts. We are pleased that the inspiration drawn from these meetings is already being transformed into tangible projects, helping brands create spaces that attract and retain customers for longer.

It is worth remembering, however, that people stand behind every project. The year 2025 was a time of nurturing relationships within our Team and with the local community. Together, we celebrated the eighth anniversary of our presence at our modern headquarters in Dobry Początek, which has become a symbol of a new chapter in the company’s history. As is tradition, summer evenings were brightened by the 8th edition of ABM Summer Cinema, offering a perfect opportunity for integration beyond office walls. Our shared passion and energy also extended to sporting events – from Poland Business Run, through the Trzebinia triathlon, to the excitement on the stands during the Polish Cheerleaders Grand Prix. At ABM, we promote healthy habits not only on special occasions, but also on the way to work. Once again, we took part in the “Bike to Work” initiative – together covering thousands of kilometers and swapping cars for bicycles. These experiences build character and resilience, which translate into our everyday determination to achieve the best possible results for our Partners.

We closed the year in an atmosphere of kindness, bringing joy to children as part of the St. Nicholas Parade and gathering together at the Christmas Eve table. These moments of reflection on past challenges allowed us to look to the future with renewed enthusiasm. We enter 2026 enriched by valuable experience, ready to implement further innovations and create spaces that help your businesses reach new heights.
